These terms govern the website, the client area and the API. They are written to be read, not skimmed past: short sections, no hidden fees, the same rules for every account.

**Quick answer — What do the SerpCrypto terms say in short?**

You buy prepaid search credits for the **SerpCrypto** SERP API with crypto, after a top-up of at least $25. 1 credit = 1 successful search request, which returns one page of results on any supported engine. A request that fails is not charged. Prepaid search credits never expire: unused searches stay on your account until you use them. Refunds go to your balance under the [refund policy](https://serpcrypto.com/refunds/). The [Acceptable Use Policy](https://serpcrypto.com/acceptable-use/) is part of these terms. The service is sold by SerpGoat LLC.

## 1. Who are the parties?

These terms are an agreement between you and SerpGoat LLC, the operator of SerpCrypto. "You" means the holder of a SerpCrypto account, whether a person or an organisation. By creating an account, paying a top-up or sending an API request, you accept these terms.

## 2. What service do we provide?

SerpCrypto runs searches on Google Search, Google News, Google Images, Google Maps (local results), Google Shopping and Bing when you ask, and returns each results page as JSON through the endpoint `https://serpcrypto.com/api/v1/search`. The fields are described in the [response format](https://serpcrypto.com/docs/response/).

Search engines decide what their pages show. We do not control, edit or guarantee any particular result, ranking, ad or AI Overview. Results for the same query can change between two requests.

## 3. How does my account work?

Account-number login; email is optional. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered.

API keys you can create and revoke at any time from your dashboard. Keep your keys secret: every request made with a key counts against your credits, whoever sends it. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard and create a new one. One account per person or organisation; keys may not be shared with other customers.

## 4. How do search credits work?

1 credit = 1 successful search request, which returns one page of results on any supported engine. A request that fails is not charged. A request for page 2 or later of the same query is a separate search. Prepaid search credits never expire: unused searches stay on your account until you use them.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be moved to another account. Unused credits are lost if you delete your account, or if we close it for a breach of these terms. If we ever stop selling the API, we give at least 30 days' notice so you can use your remaining credits, or we move their value to your balance for another product.

## 5. How do prices and payments work?

Prices are in US dollars on the [pricing page](https://serpcrypto.com/pricing/). You top up your balance in crypto (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC), with at least $25, then buy credit packs from that balance. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, then click "I've sent the payment". The payment is matched by its exact amount and credited once it is confirmed on the blockchain. A payment sent on the wrong network, or for a different amount, may need a support request to be traced.

Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, and it pays for search credits. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

A price change applies to packs bought after the change. It never reduces the credits already on your account.

## 6. Can I get a refund?

Within 72 hours of purchase, a credit pack is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its searches. A pack that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Top-ups are credited to your balance and are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. The [refund policy](https://serpcrypto.com/refunds/) has worked examples. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by a bank, so there are no chargebacks: every refund question goes through support.

## 7. What are the rules of use?

The [Acceptable Use Policy](https://serpcrypto.com/acceptable-use/) is part of these terms. You are responsible for how you, your software and your own users use the API and its results, including any personal data that appears in them. You must comply with the laws that apply to you.

## 8. Are there limits on volume or speed?

Each account can run a set number of searches at the same time; the limit is shown in your dashboard and raised on request. A request above the limit receives HTTP 429 and is not charged. We may also slow or pause traffic that harms the service for other customers, and we will tell you why when we can.

## 9. When can an account be suspended?

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is linked to fraud, or when the law requires it. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Where the law and the situation allow, we explain the reason and give you a chance to respond first.

## 10. Is the service guaranteed?

No. The API is provided as is, without warranty of availability, speed, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Searches can fail. A failed request is not charged, as section 4 explains. We may change, add or remove engines, fields and parameters. We announce changes that break existing fields in the [changelog](https://serpcrypto.com/changelog/).

## 11. What is our liability?

Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, and mandatory consumer rights stay in force.

## 12. How do these terms change, and how do I contact you?

We publish changes on this page with a new date and note them in the [changelog](https://serpcrypto.com/changelog/). If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. A change never reduces credits you already hold.

Questions about these terms: support@serpcrypto.com. Abuse reports: abuse@serpcrypto.com. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week, including help with API integration.
