What details help support answer on the first reply?
- API problem: the request ID from
search_metadata.id, the time with your time zone, the parameters you sent (without your API key) and the HTTP status you received. The error reference may already have the fix. - Payment not credited: the coin, the network, the amount and the transaction ID (TXID). Payments are credited once confirmed on the blockchain; the crypto payments page lists the usual confirmation counts.
- Refund: your order ID and which part of the refund policy applies.
- Higher concurrency: your expected searches per minute and the engines you use.
What will we never ask you for?
We never ask for your account number or your API key by email or chat. We will not ask for a password, a seed phrase, a private key or identity documents either. A message that asks for any of these does not come from us: do not answer it, and forward it to [email protected].
How do I report abuse?
Write to [email protected] with what you saw, when, and any request ID or evidence. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is banned.
